I’m from Eastern Switzerland and I’m 25 years old. I would describe myself as gentle, sensitive, affable, open and above all dutiful and reliable person. About 5 years ago I was in front of a (professional) camera for the first time, the pay-shoot was a present from my best friend. Immediately I was fired up and this passion never disappeared. Modeling is a perfect balance for me, at that moment I can forget everything around me. For two years I worked part-time as a model. I was allowed to grow in various jobs and campaigns, working with professionals as well as with beginners, for example. At workshops I enjoyed it. My shoot tours through the whole of Germany were very time-consuming, but I have many beautiful memories that are worth every mile of drive and every second of organization time. At the moment my focus is on my full-time job, so unfortunately I am not accept pay / coaching / or workshop requests any more, but I’m still modeling out of passion for myself, because I want to enjoy the little free time that I still have for modeling! The best thing about modeling for me is to get to know and work with so many great people, many of whom have become very good friends. Thanks again to all for their time and the unforgettable moments.”
VOLOGLAM interview with Lea.
Tell us something about yourself?
I’m a very sensitive, affable, open and dutiful person. There was a really hard time in my life I had to go through… But since I started modeling I become more confident and learned to love myself as I am. I’m also very thankful – I take nothing for granted.
When did you decide modeling was something you wished to pursue?
I loved it from the very first shooting. Modeling is a really big passion for me! Not just the feelings and the fun, also to work with such nice and great people is just amazing. I love it.
What are some pre-shoot rituals you have to help make a shoot go as smooth as possible?
In fact, I not have any rituals I just turn my music on and looking forward to the shoot! Of course I always think about the location and prepare the cloth that fit for the shoot. Sometime the photographer send me some moods, that I’m looking at… but most they aren’t necessary, because it’s always another location, another light, another photographer and another model and at the end it’s not intend to copy something.
What made you want to be a GlamGirl?
So, that’s easy.. The photographer asked me to publish some pictures in the mag, and I like the pictures and the magazine – so
What has been your biggest publication to date?
I had a big advertising campaign in Ticino. For a painting company we made close ups with color… the billboards were as big as houses.. I also was published in a few print magazines.
One really dirty little secret?
I AM that dirty little secret 😉
Early bird or night owl?
oh, that depends on what to do. I get up at 5.30 in the morning when I’m go to work.. and I also prefer sports in the morning. But when I have the choice, for example at the weekend I also love to sleep late and stay in bed 😉
What can we expect to see from you in the near future?
In summer 2017 I stopped working as a pay model, because I accept another full time job.. since this time, I don’t make any big tours anymore. I only shoot in my region, because unfortunately the time is missing.. but from time to time, some photographers visit me in Switzerland, and that makes me always very happy! Now I shoot less, but in exchange bigger projects and even more passionate. That situation won’t change in the near future.. but I’m gonna try to live my passion as often as possible!
